Nicholas is currently serving a full career in the United States Air Force, and when he’s not on duty, he’s on the throttle—riding and racing motocross with our two wild kids in tow. Motocross is more than just a hobby for us; it’s a lifestyle we live and love as a family.
Emiley is a professional horse trainer by trade, but don’t let the boots fool you—she can hold her own on two wheels, too. Whether it’s in the arena or on the track, she’s all about pushing limits and fueling the ride.
We started Adrenaline Jerky ETX with one mission: to create a high-protein, convenient snack that gives you energy without weighing you down. Because whether you’re racing, riding, or just chasing adventure, you deserve something better than bland, chewy gas station jerky.
